Family Responsibilities To ensure a seamless experience, families are responsible for:
Nanny meals during active coverage hours
Food, snacks, and spending money for children
Parking fees, if applicable at specific locations
How to Book Complete our Intake Form and select "Theme Park & Travel Support" to secure your Travel or Event Nanny.
Due to high demand during holiday and peak travel seasons, we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance.
Payment & Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to one time slot is required at booking to hold your reservation. If only one time slot is needed, no additional payment will be collected — payment goes directly to your nanny/sitter.
If additional time slots are needed, you may choose to pay the full balance upfront, or the remaining balance will be paid directly to your nanny/sitter on the day of service.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
24-Hour Grace Period: Full refund for any cancellation made within 24 hours of initial payment.
Initial Window (24–72 Hours): Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours of initial payment (and before the scheduled service date) may be eligible for up to an 85% refund or agency credit.
Short Notice (48 Hours or Less): Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for up to a 65% refund or credit at agency discretion.

NestWell Travel & Live-In Care Booking
Securing your caregiver begins with an initial booking payment. This reserves your selected caregiver exclusively for your family and removes them from all other pending requests.
Daily Rate Structure
1–5 day bookings: $425 per 24 hours
5–10 day bookings: $375 per 24 hours
For care exceeding 10 days, please contact us directly for a customized long-term arrangement and pricing plan.
Step 1: Booking Payment
To confirm your reservation, the following is due at booking:
First day of care: $375–$425 (based on confirmed rate)
Reservation deposit: $150–$250
Total due at booking: $525–$675 (approximate)
This payment includes:
Confirmation and reservation of your selected caregiver
Full scheduling and travel coordination
Blocking of caregiver availability for your requested dates
Priority matching and placement support
Applied credit toward your total booking balance
Step 2: Remaining Balance
After confirmation, your remaining balance is calculated based on the total number of booked days and the applicable daily rate. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of care, per your agreed arrangement.

A 1-day minimum charge applies to all live-in travel placements
Your caregiver is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed

Caregiver Payment Policy (Live-In / 24-Hour Care Only)
NestWell acts as the coordinating agency responsible for matching, vetting, and arranging care. Caregiver payment for all 24-hour live-in and travel bookings is handled as follows:
The booking fee and first-day payment are made to NestWell to secure the caregiver
Once confirmed, all ongoing daily live-in care payments are made directly to the caregiver
This ensures transparent, direct compensation for all extended care services
Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours of booking: eligible for a full refund
After 24 hours: the reservation deposit is non-refundable
If the caregiver is confirmed and travel dates are blocked: the first-day fee may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances
If NestWell is unable to provide a caregiver: a full refund will always be issued
