1. Theme Park Nanny

Navigate the magic with a professional partner. Our nannies handle the logistics, transitions, and care so you can focus on the memories.

• Standard Park Day | $300

  • Covers a focused 6–8 hour block of care.

  • Ideal for mid-day support or evening fireworks coverage.

• Full Adventure Day | $450

  • Covers a comprehensive 8–10+ hour block of care.

  • Ideal for "Rope Drop to Park Close" itineraries.

Client Responsibility: To ensure professional standards, the family provides the nanny’s Park Admission and a $100 daily food stipend (provided directly to the nanny).

2. Travel & Destination Nanny

Whether you are heading to a resort, a private rental, or an international destination, our nannies travel with you to provide seamless care.

• Half-Day Support | $200

  • Covers a 4–6 hour block. Perfect for excursions or parents' night out.

• Full Destination Day | $375

  • Covers a 6–12 hour block for full-day travel or event support.

• Overnight Coverage | $300

  • Covers a standard 8-hour sleep shift so parents can rest while the nanny remains alert.

Client Responsibility: The family provides Round-Trip Travel (flights/ground), a Private Room, and a $100 daily food stipend (provided directly to the nanny).

3. How to Book: Two Flexible Paths

We offer two ways to secure your caregiver and finalize your booking:

• Path A: The All-Inclusive Booking

  • Pay the Full Flat Rate to NestWell today. Your service is fully pre-paid, and no labor fees are exchanged with the nanny on-site.

• Path B: The Agency Deposit

  • Pay a $150 Non-Refundable Agency Deposit today to secure your dates and our backup guarantee. You pay the remaining balance of the flat rate directly to the caregiver upon arrival.

Please Note: If you select the $150 Agency Deposit option, this payment covers your booking and vetting fees only. The remaining balance of the flat rate for your selected service is due directly to your caregiver immediately upon their arrival.
