How We Source Global Talent

We do not rely on public job boards. Instead, we operate through a private, referral-based network and proactive international sourcing within established luxury and professional childcare communities. This ensures access to experienced, pre-vetted candidates who are already working within high-standard private households.

The NestWell 4-Step Verification Process

Every candidate undergoes a strict, multi-stage evaluation process before being presented to families:

1. Video Interview Screening

Each candidate completes a live video interview to assess professionalism, communication skills, experience, and suitability.

2. Reference Verification

We conduct direct reference checks with previous employers, prioritizing live video or phone interviews when possible, or structured verification forms when needed.

3. International Experience Requirement

All candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of professional childcare or household experience, with strong preference for travel and international family backgrounds.

4. Identity & Safety Screening

Comprehensive background and safety checks are completed to ensure reliability, integrity, and peace of mind for every placement.

Contracts & Employment Structure

We provide support in structuring employment agreements and placement coordination to ensure clarity between families and caregivers. All terms of employment, schedules, and expectations are agreed directly between the family and the selected nanny.

Payment Structure

All caregiver compensation is agreed directly between the family and the nanny. NestWell does not set final wages or act as the employer unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Engagement Fee

To begin the search and maintain our high-touch matching process, each engagement begins with a $275 non-refundable search activation fee.
