Manual Reference Validation: We conduct live phone and video interviews with past professional employers to verify character and performance.
Comprehensive Background Screening: National and county-level criminal checks, sex offender registry checks, and SSN verification completed within the last 12 months.
Safety & Health Compliance: All specialists are CPR & First Aid certified and must have up-to-date vaccinations on file to ensure the safety of your household.
Verified Driving Records: For any role requiring transportation or errands, we conduct a driving record (MVR) check to ensure a history of safe, responsible vehicle operation.

How Auto-Payment Works:
Seamless Billing: Your preferred payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) will be charged automatically on the same day each month for the duration of your term.
No-Scramble Security: Auto-pay ensures your "Ready-to-Go" status never expires, so we can match you with a specialist the moment an emergency hits.
May Special Lock-In: By choosing a 3, 6, or 12-month plan today, you lock in the 20% discounted rate for the entire duration of your membership.
Terms for Auto-Pay Memberships:
Commitment: Monthly payments are a commitment for the full term (3, 6, or 12 months).
Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your auto-pay before the term ends, the remaining balance of the discounted term will be due, or a standard non-discounted rate will be applied.
Sitter Pay: Membership covers the access and matching service. Families continue to pay their specialists directly for hourly work.
