Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
NestWell Nanny Agency values the privacy and security of all families, children, candidates, and households we serve. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and when it may be shared. By using the NestWell Nanny Agency website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and are committed to maintaining its confidentiality and security.
Personal Information We Collect
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse the site, we may also collect information about the pages you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to our site, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this as Device Information.
We may also collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to your name, surname, email address, phone number, city of residence, organization, address, payment information, and any other details shared through forms, inquiries, registration, or placement-related communication.
Why We Process Your Data
Our top priority is customer privacy and data security. We process only the information that is reasonably necessary to operate our website, manage our services, communicate with families and candidates, and fulfill placement or enrollment agreements.
Information collected automatically is used to help identify potential abuse, maintain website security, and gather statistical information about website usage. This information is not used to personally identify users unless necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
You may visit our website without identifying yourself or revealing personal information. However, if you choose to use certain features, join a mailing list, complete a form, inquire about services, or request placement support, you may be asked to provide personal data. If you are unsure whether certain information is required, you may contact us at nestwellteam@nestwellnannyagency.site.
Privacy and Disclosure of Information
We take the privacy of families, children, candidates, and households seriously. Because NestWell Nanny Agency offers both online and in-person services, and because some of our locations are privately owned, exact address and entry details are not disclosed until enrollment has been fully completed and confirmed.
For in-home programs, private placements, and other protected services, a second welcome information packet or follow-up information packet may be sent approximately two weeks before the scheduled start date. This packet may include additional details such as the exact address, entry information, teacher names, start-time instructions, or other relevant program information.
Personal information about families, children, and candidates will not be disclosed before the appropriate stage in the process has been reached and the necessary consent has been given. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, reference information, and other identifying details.
For placements such as nannies, babysitters, mother’s helpers, household managers, housekeepers, doulas, postpartum doulas, and similar roles, candidate information will not be released to a family until the family has completed the required intake process and an interview or trial has been scheduled and mutually confirmed. Likewise, family information will not be released to a candidate until an interview or trial has been confirmed by both parties.
In some cases, a family or candidate may be asked to participate in a private or enhanced-disclosure program, online placement, or in-person service. In these situations, information sharing remains limited until the relevant enrollment, consent, and scheduling steps have been completed.
Third-Party Tracking Applications
Some families participating in our in-home programs may request that a candidate use a third-party tracking application, such as Life360, for location-sharing purposes during the engagement. NestWell Nanny Agency is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any third-party application. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the privacy or security practices of these applications.
Candidates and families who choose to use such applications should review the third party’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before doing so.
