Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Families

At NestWell Nanny Agency, we understand that plans can change. We strive to maintain a fair, transparent, and respectful refund process for all families; however, the family intake forms, and background checks are strictly non-refundable. This fee must be paid upfront before the candidate search begins.
Application & Onboarding Fees
Promotional Pricing: From time to time, we offer special discounts on our search fees to help families get started.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for family satisfaction with every placement.
Refund Policy: In certain cases, we may offer a 85% refund, which is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Background check fees are also non-refundable, as these services are processed immediately through third-party providers.
Ongoing Service Payments
Within 24 Hours of Payment:
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.
Within 7 Days of Payment:
A 75% refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
After 14 Days:
Refunds are generally not issued after 14 days. However, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a partial refund may be appropriate.
