Our Vetting Process

Every candidate we represent must pass our strict screening process:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Safety: Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Background: A comprehensive background check completed within the last 12 months.

• Assessment: Completion of a 70-question assessment to ensure a perfect match for your family.

• Verification: We speak with all references by phone and conduct video calls with them. All references also complete a formal verification form.

Search Activation Fee

To start the recruitment and vetting process, a one-time fee is required.

• Fee: $175

• Terms: This fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of sourcing, interviewing, and verifying candidates for your specific needs.

Payment Options

Choose how you would like to settle the activation fee:

• Option 1: Pay Now (Fastest) Select the "Pay Now" button to complete your payment immediately through our secure portal. This is the fastest way to start your search.

• Option 2: PayPal Invoice We can email a PayPal invoice to you. Please note that manual invoices take 2–3 business days to process.

Important Note: Once payment is made, it may take up to 24 hours to clear. As soon as the payment is fully processed, we will send over your initial candidate matches.

Refund Policy We do not offer standard or automatic refunds. However, if a successful match is not reached, we may provide a 75% partial refund.

Case-by-Case Review Any refund is issued strictly at our professional discretion on a case-by-case basis. This process requires a full review of the search logs and recruitment history to ensure a fair resolution. Our priority is ensuring your household finds the right professional support.
